About the Client :

HSIIDC is a company incorporated on 08.03.1967, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the objectives to develop industrial infrastructure in the State of Haryana under the aegis of Department of Industries and Commerce, Haryana. 100% equity of the Corporation is held by the State Government and as such the Corporation is a Government Company under section 617 of the Companies Act, 1956. The Registered and Corporate Office of the Corporation is situated at Panchkula.

Project Overview :

Financial Management System is an accounting tool/software provided to HSIIDC to maintain overall their accounting records. It is used to generate Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement. Users can also generate different type of vouchers and thus various accounting books like Day Book, Bank Book, Journal Book etc. GST module is also available in which user can generate different types of invoices and GST reports. User can sale or purchase their asset and can generate the sale asset invoice or purchase asset invoice and can move asset from one branch to another branch. User can request for the budget and it will be approved by the head branch and they can set the budget for them.
